Jen Lerch
Hello! My name is Jen Lerch, and I am excited to serve God through Saint Paul’s as the Children’s Ministry Assistant.
I grew up in Elizabethtown and graduated from Donegal High School and Franklin & Marshall College with a degree in Psychology.
My husband John and I were married in 2002. Shortly thereafter I became a member and jumped into the music, worship, and children’s ministries. Throughout the years I have assisted with the Son Shine Singers, Step by Step Dancers, VBC, and volunteered with Mom’s Morning Out along with varies Sunday School/Children’s Church and Youth activities. I served as co-chair for E-town Fair Team, and I am currently the chair for the Worship Committee Team.
I love to shine my light for God and share His love with others! I have a passion for being God’s vessel to help people feel unconditionally loved and valued. With my giftings of organization, communication, compassion, creativity, and appreciation of music and the arts, I enjoy serving God by creating spaces for people to be able to turn their eyes, heart, mind, and soul toward God , allowing them, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to grow in a deeper personal relationship with God and to grow in their faith journey.
My husband John and I have two wonderful children, Abigail (college) and Jacob (High School). Both grew up in the children’s and youth ministries and became members through confirmation classes. Both appreciate the love and support they receive from their church family, are developing a personal relationship with God, and have found ways to serve. John and I are so grateful for this, and I look forward to getting to know all the children and their families and sharing the same experience.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, caring for horses with my daughter at Shadow Hill Stables, and of course watching her ride.
